Banana Ice Cream

Okay, so we can't have the world's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies every day, right? 

A fellow dieter on suggested a quick and easy recipe for banana ice cream.  Take a ripe banana (over-ripe could work too) and slice it into pieces.  Freeze the pieces.

When they are frozen, use either a blender or a food processor to blend the banana into ice cream.  At first the pieces will just chip apart but after a few minutes you get something that is as rich and creamy as the real thing. 

I froze 2 medium bananas and let Jason have a little taste.  I should have let him have at least half!  It was so filling I was feeling extremely full after half.
